-Great ideas about making it work and putting the customers first! -I liked the format and participation by the State/local representatives. -I'd love to have a similar webinar from other WIOA standouts to see how they approach the task differently. -We were expecting more specific/in-depth information regarding the techniques used to strengthen collaborations. -Very helpful and insightful. It'd be great to have some skype type sessions with folks to see what they are all doing in their respective territories
