I think there was too much time spent on the disasters themselves. I can say this because I watched the news, and many of the images from California, Houston, and Puerto Rico were familiar. I hope that the next session will focus more on recovery and more on preparedness. I liked the information about moving your data and financials to the cloud. And I liked the mention about partnering with local responder Show more detail on the things that worked well: phone tree, how housing was located, timelines for results from start to finish. I like good examples. Overall, great info! Information provided was good, especially hearing from the community-based organizations and work they continue to do.
