"I can use everything that was covered today to help employers in this area. Very informative esp. about apprentice program which can help in recruiting the workforce for water and wastewater. As our institution begins working with local industry partners, this was helpful to see a clear path towards helping train our local workforce in water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities. Thank you all. I would love more detail on the competency model and how to implement it."
