" It would be helpful if direct permalinks to additional resources were provided (say, in the slides), as stuff often bops around on websites. The presenters were clear and intelligible. I suppose there will be more details forthcoming in parts 2 and 3, but more concrete information about how/when various stakeholders compute their performance records and cohorts is something I'm still eager to hear discussed!
