-Great info and response to questions- most valuable part -I found this to be a very entry level webinar. As an experienced petition filer, I was hoping for insight on what I can do to help the investigator process my case more quickly and accurately. Rather, this was a step-by-step explaination of how to fill out the petition. Furthermore, I felt that questions that were asked (specifically abou the processing time) were totally side stepped and not addressed at all. I was under the impression that guidlines were set to expect determinations in 6-8 weeks (roughly). -Excellent info. Please continue to conduct additional sessions! -Thank you! It's great to have some nuts and bolts into the weeds training!
