-Good information. Would like to have heard more talk about expansion grant. -This is great to be able to provide opportunities to transitioning vets and spouses! -May want to incorporate more direct connections between DOL VETS field staff in each state and DOL OA field staff in each state. You can find out a lot more about RAP's a lot faster by connecting directly with the OA stff who wrote them/approved them.
