It might be helpful to break the information down into mini-modules around scenarios during implementation" "As a State VR Agency, I didn't feel that the topic of VR's involvement and importance to the TTW program success was addressed. DOL encourages Workforce agencies to become EN's but working with the State VR agencies are not a high priority for promoting the TTW. SVRs are part of the Workforce system and we bring in millions of dollars from the SSA Cost Reimbursement program and the TTW is tied to that funding source. VR doesn't have an option on whether we serve individuals and the TTW doesn't determine participation. I hope that DOL recognizes the processes for involved with VR and the TTW"
