I m glad the pairing exercise worked.; The Boston regional office had 3 attendees in our conference room. The group felt the exercise was too constrained. The case manager description did not have enough detail to adequately respond to the narrow questions the interviewer was instructed to ask. The needs analysis scenario was really ineffective. Perhaps a better exercise might have been to brainstorm probing questions one ought to ask when doing a needs analysis, or an exercise on another portion of the presentation might have been more appropriate.
